Who is GS Travel

GS Travel is the brand under which Franmarine, part of the Guidotti Ships group, operates from the port of Termoli. Its office is on the Molo di Nord Est and the ticket office at the Stazione Marittima, so the whole route from car park to boarding stays in the same area. Besides the Tremiti service, the company also runs mini-cruises around the islands and, since 2025, a seasonal link from Termoli to Croatia's Ploče.

Fleet

The flagship is the Zenit fast catamaran: 315 passengers, 35 knots, two decks with a panoramic lounge, snack bar and café. It is a passenger-only vessel, accessible to travellers with reduced mobility who can move independently or with an assistant, provided you notify the ticket office at least 48 hours ahead. For its mini-cruises the company uses smaller boats.

Routes to the Tremiti Islands

There is just one route: Termoli - San Nicola, a 50-minute crossing. In 2026 it runs from 13 June to 13 September, with an outbound sailing in the morning and a return in the afternoon on weekdays, plus extra departures on peak summer weekends; the schedule is split into periods with different timings, so look up your date in the timetable rather than assuming another week's pattern. The landing point is San Nicola: if you're staying on San Domino, the crossing between the two islands is only by boat.

Check-in, luggage and pets

The terms of travel ask you to check in at least an hour before departure, with valid ID for every passenger, children included. One piece of hand luggage up to 15 kg and 65x45x30 cm travels with the passenger; larger luggage, bicycles and diving gear are quoted separately. Small dogs are allowed muzzled and on a lead or in a carrier, with a health certificate issued less than 90 days earlier and a dedicated fare. Cars stay in Termoli: this is a passenger-only service, and in 2026 non-residents' vehicles are restricted from landing from 1 May to 31 October, as explained in the guide to vehicles and parking.

Tickets

Fares are split by adult, child, infant under 2 (who travel free without a seat), pet, luggage, XL luggage, diving gear and bicycle; every adult fare also carries the Tremiti Islands landing fee and the Termoli port tax. A ticket is valid only for the date shown; changing the date is possible for a fee plus any price difference, and the name can be changed once at no cost. Cancelling by choice carries a penalty that grows the closer you get to departure, reaching the full fare in the last 24 hours; if the operator cancels the sailing, you get a full refund. Tickets can be bought online or at the Stazione Marittima; you'll see the price for your date in the quote, and the prices page explains what makes it change.
