Termoli, the backbone
Termoli carries the two routes that cover the widest part of the calendar, one per island. It is also the only port in the archipelago close to a station on the Adriatic main line. If your date is outside high summer, start here.
The Gargano ports
The Gargano lines run seasonally and mostly serve San Nicola. They are useful if you are already staying on the promontory, but the operating windows differ from port to port: check your date before you plan the rest of the trip. Manfredonia has the longest crossing and the shortest season.

Is this a live departure board?+
No. It shows planned departures. Weather, port conditions and operational decisions can change a sailing: on the day of travel check the carrier notice and your booking confirmation.
There are no sailings on my date. Why?+
Almost always because that route is seasonal and does not run that day. Try Termoli, which has the widest calendar, or move the date by a day.
How do I see whether a sailing lands on San Domino or San Nicola?+
The arrival island is shown on the individual departure. On some services it depends on the day of the week, so do not infer it from the previous day's sailing.
Can I search the return leg too?+
Yes, the search covers both directions. Fix the last useful return first and build the rest of the trip backwards from it.
Why do two sailings on the same route show different durations?+
They may use different vessels or call at more than one landing on the way. Compare duration and carrier on the individual departure rather than an average.
